The first step of our process involves you giving our friendly customer care team a call to get you booked in, we do not charge a call out fee, but we do charge for the time spent looking at your appliance.
The second step of our process involves a visit to you to diagnose the problem with your appliance, as a rough guide 90% of all calls are fixed first time due to our comprehensive stock of parts and we are also part of a Nationwide Parts system with a 95% Parts holding which means any parts not readily available at the time of your call are sourced very quickly.
Once we've found the problem we will never pressure you into an on the spot repair or recommend you something you don't need! there are plenty of other companies already doing this and we're proud to be different.
Now we wouldn't be going that extra mile if we didn't give you some piece of mind after the repair's been carried out, which is why at Appliance Tech we give you a 12 month guarantee on all parts fitted.
It’s a fact of life that appliances like Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers can be prone to blockages and in such cases we are unable to guarantee against such instances or where such a problem has caused a part fitted by us fail or intervention by a third party.
Although we do service and repair built in appliances we are not kitchen fitters and your built in appliance must accessible without disassembly of kitchen units and plinth’s the latter that may have been glued or fixed. Any Appliance found to have been badly installed will be accessed at the time of the call and due to our experience we may be unable to complete the repair due to such issues. Likewise Plumbing which is inaccessible or which has not been maintained is not our responsibility or area of expertise. Our Engineers have the discretion in such instances and where any such issue is apparent the engineer will advise you accordingly.
