Following a recent visit from one of your engineers to fix our washing machine, I would just like to let you know how pleased we were with the service we received. I was impressed by the friendly way I was treated on the telephone and the engineer was punctual and worked quickly and cleanly. You sorted out the problem in a couple of days which helped enormously considering we have 2 children in the house.
